Activity of blood serum enzymes and their relationship with feeding and meat qualities in young pigs of different intrageneric differentiation according to the “formation intensity” index

The article presents the study results of activity blood serum enzymes, fattening, and meat qualities young pigs universal direction productivity, considering their intrabreed differentiation according to “formation intensity” index. It was established that aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in large white breed corresponds physiological norm clinically healthy animals; by age reaching a live weight 100 kg, thickness lard at level 6–7 thoracic vertebrae length chilled carcass – I class elite class.
